The major problem was corrected very quickly and staff were very helpful in providing us alternatives until the problem was solved. The other three are mainly nuisance issues but I have just entered maintenance requests for them to be corrected. Overall, I have given this property a 5 star rating due to the efforts of staff to make sure our accommodation requests were met.

Not only that be he responds so fast to our emails The other residents here are super friendly. Gym is fantastic with a lot of other great amenities. The view from the hot tub gym is insane. Were so close to work and harmons. Heated garage is so wonderful during the winter season. The resident website is so incredibly easy and fun to use compared to where we were before in herriman. They also gave us a round box with welcome home gifts inside which were cute and useful, what a great touch. Connecting the wifi took 5 seconds. Love this place Move in

They made moving in very easy and stress free. Sam and Addison helped through out the application process, moving in even on short notice, signing and going over the lease, and answering any questions we had. The apartments themselves are amazing Very nicely built, love the modern look and open floor plan, great lighting throughout the house, and very soundproof. The number 1 thing I love most about the POV apartments is how dog friendly they are Very nice dogs and nice neighbors. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking

It’s a little bit out of the city, so you get great views and tranquility, and it’s convenient and quick to get to everything The grocery stores is less than a mile away. The management is great and responsive The apartment is spacious and well designed. Occasionally, I can hear the neighbors walking about or some carryover TV noise and doors closing. It has a little bit of a upscale hotel vibe in that all the entrances are on the inside. The downside to that is you can’t open up your door and get a crossbreeze or some fresh air. They also have trash valet service five days a week and cleaning services available for a very affordable price All in all, I think it’s a great place to live
